Agreement
By creating a IrrigTech account, purchasing IrrigTech hardware, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you're using IrrigTech on behalf of a farm or company, you're confirming you have authority to accept these terms for them.
The service
IrrigTech provides field hardware (IoT Sensor Node, Soil Moisture Sensor, Smart Valve Controller, Pump Controller, and Field Gateway) and a dashboard for monitoring soil conditions and, where enabled, automating irrigation and nutrient dosing.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of thresholds and automation rules you configure — IrrigTech acts on the settings you give it.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time; hardware you've purchased remains yours.
Automation & liability
When automatic irrigation or dosing is enabled, IrrigTech's controller acts on your configured thresholds without manual confirmation. You're responsible for setting thresholds appropriate to your crop and reviewing them periodically. IrrigTech is not liable for crop loss arising from misconfigured thresholds, sensor damage, network outages, or hardware failure outside of the warranty terms below.
Hardware warranty
IrrigTech devices carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Damage from incorrect installation, extreme weather beyond the rated enclosure class, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
Data ownership
You own the field data your devices generate. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
