Agreement
By purchasing IrrigTech hardware, engaging us for a project, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you're using IrrigTech on behalf of a farm or company, you're confirming you have authority to accept these terms for them.
The service
IrrigTech, an engineering project by Pak-EL LAB, provides field hardware (IoT Sensor Node, Soil Moisture Sensor, Smart Valve Controller, Pump Controller, and Field Gateway) and a dashboard for monitoring soil conditions and, where a Smart Valve Controller is installed and enabled, automating irrigation valve control. IrrigTech does not currently manufacture or sell a nutrient-dosing device; no fertigation or automatic dosing capability exists on the platform today.
Project engagement
- There is currently no public login or self-serve account — access to any dashboard is arranged directly with us as part of a project.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of thresholds and automation rules you configure — IrrigTech acts on the settings you give it.
- Hardware is purchased outright and remains yours; any future platform subscription will have its own separately published terms once it exists as a live service.
Automation & liability
When automatic irrigation valve control is enabled, IrrigTech's controller acts on your configured thresholds without manual confirmation. You're responsible for setting thresholds appropriate to your crop and reviewing them periodically. IrrigTech is not liable for crop loss arising from misconfigured thresholds, sensor damage, network outages, or hardware failure outside of the warranty terms below.
Hardware warranty
IrrigTech devices carry a manufacturer warranty against defects; its terms are confirmed in writing with your project quote. Damage from incorrect installation, extreme weather beyond the rated enclosure class, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
Data ownership
You own the field data your devices generate. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
