What this covers
This policy explains what IrrigTech collects when you use this website, and how that information is used, stored, and shared. It will be expanded to cover dashboard and field-hardware data once those are live, billable parts of the service.
Information we collect today
- Contact form submissions — the name, email, company, phone, and project details you enter on the Contact page. These are submitted via Netlify Forms and delivered to our team by email.
- Direct messages — anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Basic hosting logs — standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) kept by our hosting provider, Netlify, for security and reliability.
We do not currently operate user accounts, a public dashboard, or a system that ingests live field-sensor data from customer hardware. When those parts of the platform go live, this policy will be updated first, and it will describe exactly what is collected (for pilot deployments we design that per project, in writing, before any device reports data).
How we use it
Contact form and direct-message details are used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to run that project. We don't sell this information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or deliver a project, and then delete or archive them.
Sharing
We share data with sub-processors only where needed to operate this site and respond to you — currently our hosting provider (Netlify) and, if you message us there, WhatsApp/Meta — under their own terms of service.
Security
Contact form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We don't ask for passwords, payment details, or other sensitive credentials through this site.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below.
